EUROTOX President Heather M. Wallace has officially announced that the 2021 EUROTOX Congress, originally scheduled to take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, will be held virtually. According to Dr. Wallace, the decision was made in light of “the remaining uncertainty around travel and vaccination status.”
The virtual event will take place from September 26 to October 1 and will feature both recorded and live sessions. An exhibition and industry-sponsored sessions will still be part of the event. As a result of the change in the meeting format, the deadline to submit an abstract for the congress has been extended to April 30, 2021, and registration rates will be reduced.
