As a member of the Federation of American Societies for Experimental Biology (FASEB), SOT encourages its early career scientists, postdocs, and students to participate in a FASEB-sponsored survey. With the survey, FASEB aims to better understand the professional development needs of early career researchers to promote best practices to the community and assess how scientific societies can help alleviate stressors. As a FASEB member society, SOT will receive the results and recommendations from FASEB to consider changes or enhancements that can be made to SOT programs and initiatives. Please consider sharing your thoughts with FASEB by completing the five-to-10-minute survey by May 22.
