The new Mentor Match is now live for mentor recruitment!
The Mentor Match program is an online networking and career development tool that is free and available only to SOT members. It is designed as a self-guided program through which mentors and mentees create a profile to allow matching directly through the module.
At this time, the Education and Career Development Committee is encouraging anyone interested in participating as a mentor to sign up first. Our goal is to populate the module with a diverse pool of mentors for mentee selection. Mentors should enroll by December 31, 2020.
