Science Communicators Needed in Orlando

Do you enjoy writing, plan on attending the 2025 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo, and want to share scientific insights with the SOT community? Volunteer as an SOT Reporter!

What Is the SOT Reporter Program?

The SOT Reporter program invites members to document and share their experiences from the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. From engaging sessions to dynamic events and groundbreaking science, SOT Reporters highlight the moments that make the meeting memorable—while gaining visibility within the SOT community.

How It Works

As an SOT Reporter, your role is simple yet impactful:

  1. Attend a session, event, or activity of your choice during the meeting.

  1. Write a blog post capturing your experience and the key scientific insights.

  1. Submit your write-up to SOT staff the Monday following the meeting.

Your blog will be featured on the SOT website and shared via the SOT Weekly Update email, giving your reflections broad reach and helping to inform and inspire fellow toxicologists.

Ready to Get Started?

If you're interested in becoming an SOT Reporter for the 2025 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo—or if you'd like more information—contact SOT Headquarters by February 14. You can also review past Reporter contributions to see the incredible impact your stories can have.

Join us in capturing and sharing the excitement of the 2025 meeting!
