The Scientific Program Committee (SPC) is pleased with the tentative scientific program that has been announced for the SOT 61st Annual Meeting and ToxExpo, March 27–31, 2022, in San Diego, California. SOT is excited to return to the traditional face-to-face meeting format, and we believe the 2022 scientific program being assembled is extremely timely and cutting edge, covering a broad span of topics. Abstract submission is open now for the 2022 meeting. The deadline to submit is Friday, October 15, 2021, at 11:59 pm (EDT), and the cost is $50. The 2022 Abstract Submission Site, which contains instructions, guidelines, and FAQs to assist abstract submitters, may be accessed from the “Abstracts” web page on the 2022 website.
Please bookmark the Annual Meeting website, as details and logistical information related to the event and scientific program will be added over the next several months leading up to the meeting.
SOT is pleased to be returning to sunny San Diego, the location of the 2006 and 2015 annual meetings. In addition to participating in robust Scientific Sessions and visiting exhibitors during the ToxExpo, you will have plenty of opportunities to visit historic sites in San Diego, such as the Gaslamp Quarter and the nearby Hotel del Coronado, which fans will recognize from the movies Some Like It Hot and The Stunt Man, as well as popular attractions such as Balboa Park, Petco Park, and the world-famous San Diego Zoo.
