The Society is seeking member volunteers to share their perspective and expertise by serving as SOT Reporters during the 2020 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. The SOT Reporter program is an opportunity for SOT members to write about sessions, events, and activities in which they participate during the Annual Meeting. SOT Reporters attend sessions of their choice and write short blog articles covering their takeaways from the sessions. Reporter articles are then published on the weekly SOT Communiqué blog during and after the meeting.

2019 Reporter Samantha Faber.pngSOT Reporters gain exposure as authors of Communiqué blog posts and receive a special ribbon to affix to their Annual Meeting name badge to designate this role. Simultaneously, the Reporter program extends the reach of the Annual Meeting by sharing the science presented with a larger audience; it allows individuals who did not attend the Annual Meeting to experience meeting sessions, events, and activities and is a means of spreading awareness of the Annual Meeting through personal experience. Previously published SOT Reporter blog posts are available under the SOT Reporter tag on the Communiqué blog.

If you are interested in serving as an SOT Reporter during the 2020 Annual Meeting or would like more information, please contact Giuliana Macaluso by February 10 to express your interest.
