The Society of Toxicology (SOT) congratulates our new members* and those members who have upgraded their membership this year through May 2016!  In the first half of the year, 211 members have upgraded their SOT membership and 396 new members, including 125 Full members, 68 Associate members, 60 Postdoctoral members, and 143 Graduate Student members have joined the Society. New members become part of the worldwide SOT network of more than 8,100 members from 73 different countries. Members from academic institutions, industry, government, and other scientific organizations are committed to SOT's mission of "creating a safer and healthier world by advancing the science and increasing the impact of toxicology." You can view the full listing of new members through May 2016 on the SOT website.

A special thank you to all the Full members who sponsored new members, as well as to the research advisors and mentors who have sponsored new Graduate Student and Postdoctoral members to-date this year. Your support of these new members continues to build and sustain a strong and vibrant society. Thank you!
