National Toxicology Program Board of Scientific Counselors Webcast Meeting: February 15

The Board of Scientific Counselors of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences National Toxicology Program (NTP) has rescheduled their December 11, 2018, meeting for February 15, 2019, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (EST). This open event will be held exclusively via webcast. According to volume 84, number 22, of the Federal Register, the “meeting complements year-long activities to ensure NTP’s scientific direction, expertise, and capabilities are strategically positioned to address public health issues and provide the necessary scientific information to inform decision-making.” Invited presenters will discuss “The Changing Toxicology Landscape: Challenges and the Future of Risk Assessment,” and there will be an allotment of time after the presentations for the Board of Scientific Counselors discussion. Important dates are as follows:

  • Deadline for Written Public Comment Submissions: February 8, 2019
  • Deadline for Oral Comments: February 8, 2019
  • Deadline to Register for the Webcast: February 15, 2019
