The Scientific Program Committee (SPC) is excited to announce the scientific program for the SOT 59th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo, March 15–19, 2020, in Anaheim, California. We believe the 2020 scientific program’s topics are timely and cutting edge, covering a broad span of topics. We invite you to review the tentatively accepted session titles on the SOT Annual Meeting website.

Abstract submission is open now for Poster Sessions for the 2020 meeting. The deadline to submit is Friday, October 18, 2019, at 11:59 pm (EDT), and the cost is $50. The 2020 Abstract Submission System, which contains instructions, guidelines, and FAQs to assist abstract submitters, may be accessed from the “Abstracts” web page on the 2020 website. If you have additional questions, feel free to contact the SOT office at 703.438.3115.

Please bookmark the Annual Meeting website, as details and logistical information related to the event and scientific program will be added over the next several months leading up to the meeting.

For those unfamiliar with this year’s meeting destination, Anaheim is home to Disneyland, the Los Angeles Angels professional baseball team, the Anaheim Ducks professional hockey team, and the Downtown Anaheim Farmer’s Market, which is a food hall in a historic 1919 orange packing house that is a 10-minute drive from the Anaheim Convention Center. Anaheim is served by three major airports: John Wayne Airport, Orange County; Los Angeles International Airport; and Long Beach Airport.

SOT Council and the SPC look forward to welcoming you to sunny southern California for the 59th Annual Meeting!
