The 2020 Online Planner is now available on the “Program Details” web page of the 2020 Annual Meeting website. The Online Planner is a convenient and intuitive platform for Annual Meeting registrants to explore the full scientific program to prepare for the meeting.
Using the Online Planner, you may browse the full listing of sessions and events that are scheduled for each day of the Annual Meeting and learn more about a specific activity by clicking its title to expand a dialogue box with further information. The planner also allows you to narrow your search by sorting and filtering the display of events (by day, time, key word, event type, and more); using the search bar to find activities by key word or presenter; and/or selecting a specific day to jump to that day’s schedule.
In addition to schedule views, the Online Planner also contains information on abstracts and presenters, linking to the sessions with which these individuals are associated.
When you are logged in to the Online Planner, you can create a custom schedule that will sync to the SOT Event App, launching in February 2020. To add an event to your personal schedule, select the calendar icon next to the event title. By selecting the star icon, you also may bookmark an event for quick access and review later.
The Online Planner will be continually updated to display the latest scheduling information for the 59th Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. Additional tips and tricks for maximizing use of the Online Planner will become available in the months leading up to the meeting.
