Welcome to fall semester! As I transition back into teaching at Bates College, I am feeling a sense of excitement about all the efforts of the SOT Undergraduate Education Subcommittee to increase access to resources for teaching undergraduate toxicology.

The Society of Toxicology asks you to promote toxicology through the SOT ToxScholar program. The Domestic ToxScholar grants provide funding for visits primarily to undergraduate students at institutions in North America.
Dr. Robert Krieger, Cooperative Extension toxicologist at the University of California, Riverside, died on July 26th after complications from a stroke. He had served at UC Riverside since September 1994.
