It’s hard to believe that the SOT Scientific Program Committee (SPC) and Continuing Education Committee (CEC) are beginning to prepare for session proposals for the 2025 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo in Orlando, Florida!
To help members and Component Group leaders navigate the proposal process, the SPC is hosting a webinar on Thursday, April 11, at 1:00 pm (US EDT, UTC -4). During this webinar, you will learn how to submit a strong proposal and increase the likelihood of having your proposal selected. The webinar also will include an opportunity for attendees to ask questions. The webinar will be recorded and placed on the 2025 SOT Annual Meeting website. Registration is free but required, so register today!
Remember that networking during the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo at events such as Special Interest Group and Specialty Section receptions can be a great way to make connections as you think about submitting a proposal for 2025. The 2025 Scientific Session Proposal Site will open in late March and will remain open until 11:59 pm (US EDT, UTC -4) on Wednesday, May 15.
