The Global Senior Scholar Exchange Program (GSSEP) supports scientific exchange between scientists from established toxicology programs (i.e., Hosts) and those from Global Economy Countries (i.e., Scholars) by funding their travel to their respective labs.
Through GSSEP, Scholars attend the SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo and then spend about four weeks visiting and working alongside their Hosts. In return, the Hosts visit the Scholars’ universities. Hosts and Scholars are matched based on mutual research interests.
The application to be a Host for 2023 is July 1. Individuals can host a Scholar individually or as part of a team.
