The SOT Council reviews the Constitution and Bylaws to ensure that they reflect the current operations of the organization. The changes include fixing grammatical items, modifying the membership definition to more clearly include allied disciplines, and expanding the number of individuals permitted to serve on the Board of Publications. The SOT Council approved the proposed amendments that were distributed to the membership for comment via the Communiqué in March.

Please cast your ballot on or before August 6, 2018. Approval of two-thirds vote of the ballots received within 60 days is required for adoption.
