SOT appreciates the commitment of members to our Society and each year long-standing members look forward to the 25-year (or more) Member Reception that will be held this year from 7:00 pm-8:00 pm in Room 102 of the Moscone Convention Center (by invitation only). Members were first recognized with a special lapel pin upon reaching the 25-year milestone. As the Society celebrated new milestones, including our 35th and 45th anniversaries, members who reached those milestones received appropriate pins and last year, the Charter Members received 50th Anniversary pins, in celebration of the Society’s founding in 1961. These lapel pins are presented in appreciation for steadfastness in helping the Society achieve its objectives in creating a safer and healthier world by advancing the science of toxicology. All 25-year or more members are encouraged to wear their respective anniversary pin to the reception.
