With the highly successful 2022 Annual Meeting and ToxExpo Featured and Scientific Sessions currently available on-demand for all registrants until July 31, it is now time to focus our attention on scientific program for the 2023 Annual Meeting, which will take place March 19–23, 2023, in Nashville, Tennessee.
The submission window for proposals for Symposia, Workshops, Informational Sessions, Continuing Education courses, and other special sessions for the 2023 Annual Meeting is open until May 16, 2022. The 2023 Proposal Site is ready for your submissions! Both 90-minute and 165-minute Symposium and Workshop Sessions will be programmed for the 2023 Annual Meeting.
If you plan to submit a proposal for consideration, please collaborate with your Specialty Section, Special Interest Group, or the appropriate SOT Committee. Endorsers’ input is important for a variety of reasons, including that they review, score, and rank the submissions before they are forwarded to the Scientific Program Committee for final evaluation. Strong endorsement is helpful, and it is important to consider endorsers that will find your proposal relevant to their target audience and can provide appropriate feedback. The Scientific Program Committee carefully considers endorser comments. Check with up to three endorsers for your proposals (at least one endorser is required for each proposal), as many endorsers have “informal/early review” deadlines that may occur before May 16. Formal review by endorsers will occur after the proposal site closes, between May 19 and June 1.
