Each month, SOT provides an update on activities and events of importance to the toxicology community through the release of the “Around the World of Toxicology” blog. To submit an event, opportunity, or information for consideration for inclusion in the monthly “Around the World of Toxicology” blog, complete the special submission form for “Around the World of Toxicology” items. Please note that only activities by societies and professional associations (i.e., nonprofits) will be considered. If you are an organization or company seeking to promote an event, please submit your activity to the SOT “Calendar of Events.”
Reminders of Upcoming, Previously Featured Deadlines and Activities
- March 1 is the deadline to submit a scientific session and/or continuing education course proposal for EUROTOX 2025, which is scheduled for September 14–17, 2025, in Athens, Greece.
- Proposals for the IUTOX 17th International Congress of Toxicology (ICTXVII), which is being co-hosted by the Chines Society of Toxicology and will take place October 15–18, 2025, in Beijing, China, are due March 1, 2024.
- Abstract submission and registration are open for the JSOT 51st Annual Meeting. The abstract submission deadline is March 1.
- The 2024 BTS Annual Congress will be held April 15–17 at the Spaces at the Spine, Liverpool, L7 3FA, United Kingdom. The early-bird registration deadline is March 15.
- Registration and abstract submissions for EUROTOX 2024 are open. The 58th Congress of the European Societies of Toxicology is taking place September 8–11 in Copenhagen, Denmark. The abstract submission deadline is March 28.
