With the start of the 2023 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo only 10 days away, the Scientific Program Committee (SPC) and Continuing Education Committee (CEC) are beginning to prepare for session proposals for the 2024 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo in Salt Lake City!
On Wednesday, April 12, at 2:00 pm (US EDT, UTC -4), the SPC will host its annual webinar designed to provide important information that will help you learn how to submit a successful session proposal and increase the likelihood of having your proposal selected. During this webinar, SPC and CEC leaders will provide an overview of the submission, review, and decision process, as well as cover some of the frequently asked questions related to proposal submission. The webinar also will include an opportunity for you to ask questions. The goal of this webinar is to provide participants with insight from the perspective of the SPC and CEC that will aid attendees in preparing top-quality, competitive proposals.
Be sure to SAVE THE DATE now so that you can attend this important webinar, titled “Developing Competitive Scientific Session Proposals: The Importance of Endorsers,” at 2:00 pm (US EDT, UTC -4) on Wednesday, April 12. The webinar also will be recorded but attending the live webinar will allow you to ask questions directly to members of the SPC and the CEC!
