Welcome to the Society's of Toxicology's 53rd Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. We will be bringing you day-to-day highlights for this special event as well as coverage from some of the hundreds of activities that will take place over the next five days. This special meeting is the culmination of a year's worth of achievements in research and education and we are grateful that you are here with us to network, learn, and pay tribute to those scientists who have distinguished themselves in their field of expertise.The following are just some of the highights for the week:
