SOT has learned that SOT Retired Full member Hillary M. Carpenter III, PhD, passed away on June 13, 2020. Dr. Carpenter was a founding member of the Northland Regional Chapter and a Past President of the chapter. He also was the 2018 recipient of the Northland RC Merit Award.
