The 53rd Congress of the European Societies of Toxicology (EUROTOX) will be held in Bratislava, Slovakia, September 10‒13, 2017. The theme of the congress is Connecting for a Safer Future and the program will include more than 30 symposia and workshops that will highlight novel findings in the field of toxicology. Four Poster Sessions and five Continuing Education Courses will offer a wide range of opportunities for attendees to enhance their knowledge and professional development. There is an Society of Toxicology (SOT) Member registration rate for this congress and a featured event is the SOT/Eurotox Debate, which also was a highlight of the recent SOT Annual Meeting. The debate again addresses the proposition of: Toxicology Testing of Drug Combinations Does Not Add Significant Value to Human Risk Evaluation Beyond What is Known for the Individual Agents.
