You can now submit abstracts for the IUTOX 15th International Congress of Toxicology (ICTXV), to be held at the Hawaii Convention Center in Honolulu July 15–18, 2019, via the online submission system. The abstract submission deadline is November 30, 2018.

Submit Your Abstract Now!

An exciting slate of 20 scientific symposia and 4 plenary lectures will draw attendees from around the world. Plan to join this meeting and submit your abstract for a poster or short platform presentation. Attendees will learn about the latest advances in the science of toxicology, hear from eminent international speakers and leading researchers, and discuss the complex issues that arise when any number of incidents adversely impact humans, animals, and the environment. This meeting is a global forum sharing a breadth of toxicology issues, with a large focus on topics related to global public health research.

The ICTXV Scientific Program Committee (SPC) will review all submissions that are completed on time before the November 30, 2018 deadline. To accommodate a great deal of interest from toxicologists world-wide, thematic sets of platform and poster presentations will be considered for review. To this end, submitters may indicate research categories from the options available on the submission site to aid the SPC with abstract assignments.

Submissions will be accepted under the options of “Poster Only” or “Platform or Poster.” All accepted authors must be prepared to present their abstract as a poster if selected for this presentation type. Accepted abstract presenters will receive acceptance notice including session timing, presentation type, and other instructions by email in early February 2019. Once poster and platform presentations have been scheduled, the complexity of the program planning process prevents any changes in the type of session, time, or location of any presentation. There will be no exceptions.

Submission of an abstract constitutes a formal commitment by the designated presenting author to present the abstract. Please carefully review the information on the ICTXV website and on the submission site while preparing and submitting your abstract.

The full listing of Symposia and Continuing Education Course topics can be found on the ICTXV website. I look forward to receiving outstanding submissions for consideration in the ICTXV Scientific Program!
