This week, I am pleased to share updates related to ePosters and Component Group activities connected with the 2020 SOT Virtual Meeting.
More than 600 Platform and Poster Session presentations scheduled for the 2020 SOT Annual Meeting are available for viewing as ePosters. There are multiple ways to access these ePosters:
- Use the newly released 2020 ePoster Index PDF on the “Virtual Meeting Program” web page to view the available ePosters (as of April 15), sorted by Platform or Poster Session.
- Visit the online version of the app, which features a listing of all ePosters, sorted by abstract number.
- View ePosters in the Online Planner and SOT Event App.
ePosters are available for viewing through May 31, 2020.
Some SOT Component Groups are hosting virtual meetings via webinar to announce their 2020 award recipients as well as conduct other business. Notifications of these webinars are being shared with Regional Chapter, Special Interest Group, and Specialty Section members through email, so if you are a member of a Component Group, please be on the lookout for these announcements.
Finally, a new Scientific Session has been added to the 2020 Virtual Meeting schedule:
- Thursday, June 18, 1:00 PM–3:45 PM (ET)—Workshop Session: “Toxicological Exposure and Risk Assessment of Emissions from 3D Printers”
