The Food Safety Specialty Section is the sponsor of a symposia entitled, “Dietary Supplement Adulteration and Impact of Human Health” on Monday at 9:15 am in Room 304 in Moscone Convention Center. Speakers will talk about the adulteration of dietary supplements from a government standpoint, a clinician’s standpoint and from the regulator’s point of view. Speakers also will explore safety measures and criteria that are suitable to verify the authenticity of dietary supplements and provide some measure of purity and authenticity to all industry partners.
