The Society of Toxicology (SOT) has learned of the passing SOT Full Member Katherine Sarlo, PhD, on May 22, 2017. Her obituary notes that she was a Senior Scientist at the Proctor and Gamble Company, at which she was employed for 28 years. Dr. Sarlo joined SOT in 1996 and was a member of the Ohio Valley Regional Chapter, the Women in Toxicology Special Interest Group, and the Comparative and Veterinary, Dermal Toxicology, Immunotoxicology, Inhalation and Respiratory, and Nanotoxicology Specialty Sections.
