With the SOT Annual Meeting only two weeks away, many are starting to review the 2020 Annual Meeting program and plan what sessions and activities they will attend. For the most up-to-date information on the Annual Meeting schedule and details, I encourage you to use the Online Planner on the “Program Details” web page. The Online Planner is optimized for use on desktop and laptop computers, allowing you to view information in a full-screen mode while easily navigating between sections of the schedule, session descriptions, speaker information, and more. Plus, by logging in, you can build a customized schedule that will sync with the SOT Event App for easy reference on-site in Anaheim.
To help attendees maximize the utility of the Online Planner, SOT has developed a series of tutorial videos that explain and highlight some of the key features of the Online Planner. The videos include information such as:
- What you can find in each Online Planner tab
- How to log in to manage your personal schedule
- How to navigate the custom features that are available only to those logged in to the Online Planner
- How to add SOT events and personal events to your schedule, bookmark items, take notes on an event, and more
Most of the videos are around two minutes in length, as each focuses on a specific aspect of the Online Planner.
