Beyond the efforts of the SOT Scientific Program and Continuing Education Committees, we know that many of our members and exhibitors also are finding innovative ways to share research, updates, and information originally planned for the 2020 meeting. For example, colleagues in Texas led by Ivan Rusyn are hosting a daylong virtual meeting on April 4 to share presentations and posters by researchers in Texas for members of the Lone Star Regional Chapter and others affiliated with the state. Meanwhile, the Rutgers Joint Graduate Program in Toxicology created the Rutgers Virtual Pharmacology and Toxicology Conference 2020 to feature research planned for presentation at the SOT meeting and the American Society for Pharmacology and Experimental Therapeutics Annual Meeting and to honor those that were to receive awards during these meetings.

SOT would like to feature all such activities in a future blog update, so please tell us about your virtual meeting activities by leaving a comment on this blog; tagging SOT on Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter with information about your activities; or emailing SOT Headquarters.
