The Society of Toxicology (SOT) Arnold J. Lehman Award, named to honor SOT co-founder Arnold J. Lehman, is presented to recognize an individual who has made a major contribution to risk assessment and/or the regulation of chemical agents, including pharmaceuticals. This contribution may have resulted from the application of sound scientific principles to regulation and/or from research activities that have significantly influenced the regulatory process.

You are encouraged to nominate deserving scientists who have made major contributions, as described above. Please nominate him or her for the 2017 Arnold J. Lehman Award! Individuals nominated may be employed in academia, government, or industry.
The nominations for the Arnold J. Lehman Award should include the nominee’s abbreviated CV and both a primary and seconding letter of nomination that describe the nominee’s significant contributions to toxicology. Nominations are accepted online through October 9, 2016.
