We hope you will submit an abstract of your most recent research results for the 2020 SOT Annual Meeting in Anaheim, California. In addition to submitting an abstract, you are encouraged to consider volunteering to serve as a Chair for the Poster or Platform Sessions that will be programmed.
Poster Sessions
On Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, authors must display their posters on their assigned poster boards during ToxExpo hours, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm. Presenting authors will not be asked to stand by their posters all day; rather, presenting authors are committed to standing by their posters and presenting their work during one of three assigned 1.75-hour Poster Session times. Up to three Chairs per Poster Session may be selected, with at least one Chair who is an SOT member.

Platform Sessions
Strong abstracts on a particular topic may be assigned to a Platform (oral) Session. Platform Sessions are 165-minute sessions and contain no more than nine abstracts. No posters will be presented; instead, the material will be shared through slide presentations prepared by the authors. Platform Sessions require two Chairs, with at least one Chair who is an SOT member.

Volunteer
If you are interested in volunteering to chair a session, please familiarize yourself with the procedures by visiting the 2020 SOT Annual Meeting website to review the Poster Session Chair and Platform Session Chair guidelines.
To volunteer to serve as an SOT Poster or Platform Session Chair, use this form to provide your information, including the topic(s) of interest. If selected, you will be sent an invitation in early December requesting your assistance.
