The SOT Council reviews the Constitution and Bylaws to ensure that they reflect the current operations of the organization. The changes this year focus on providing SOT with the ability to be more nimble in responding to adjustments to operations of its committees. The SOT Council approved the proposed amendments that were distributed to the membership for comment via the Communiqué in October.

Please cast your ballot on or before March 23, 2017. Approval of two thirds vote of the ballots received within 60 days is required for adoption.
