Sunday, March 22
Continuing Education Courses (Fee required | Open to all registrants)
Kick off the meeting with a deep dive into specialized topics through the Continuing Education courses. Held all day Sunday, these courses are open to all registrants for an additional fee and are a great way to expand your expertise before the main program begins.
Student/Postdoctoral Scholar Mixer (Complimentary | Students and Postdocs)
Sunday evening is the perfect time to start building connections. This mixer is free and open to all student and postdoc attendees. It is a low-key, welcoming way to meet fellow trainees at the start of the meeting.
Sunday Undergraduate Education Program (Complimentary | Undergraduate students)
Undergraduate students receive complimentary meeting registration along with access to this special program on Sunday. If you’re an undergrad, this one is made for you—take advantage of it!
Monday, March 23
In Vitro Lecture and Luncheon ($10 | Students and Postdocs | Seating limited)
This Monday luncheon pairs a featured lecture with a chance to connect with peers over a meal. Open to student and postdoc attendees for just $10, it’s well worth reserving your spot.
Tuesday, March 24
Postdoctoral Luncheon ($12 | Postdocs only)
Exclusively for postdoctoral attendees, this luncheon is a great chance to connect with others who are at the same career stage. It’s a worthwhile investment in your network.
How to Register for Add-On Events
If you’ve already registered for the Annual Meeting, adding one of these events is simple. Log in to your SOT account using your SOT member credentials—or the credentials you created during meeting registration if you’re a nonmember. Navigate to the “My Events” area, select “Annual Meeting 2026,” and then choose “Add Tracks/Sessions” to sign up.
