To submit an event, opportunity, or information for consideration for inclusion in the monthly “Around the World of Toxicology” blog, complete the special submission form for “Around the World of Toxicology” items. Please note that only activities by societies and professional associations (i.e., nonprofits) will be considered. ABRCMS

ABRCMS is the American Society for Microbiology’s (ASM) conference for multidisciplinary science and workforce development. It supports all communities and especially students and early career professionals. This year, the conference is taking place November 18–21, 2026, in Seattle, Washington. Federation of European Toxicologists & European Societies of Toxicology (EUROTOX)

The EUROTOX Early Career Forum is hosting a free post-Congress workshop the afternoon of September 16, 2026, in Vienna, Austria. The focus of the workshop is “Elevating Future Toxicologists—Free Education in New Approach Methodologies (NAMs). Attendance is limited, so you are requested to register in advance.

International Union of Toxicology (IUTOX)

On June 24, 2026, IUTOX is hosting an IUTOXtalks webinar titled “Persistent and Pervasive PFAS—A Global Perspective: Part 2.” This webinar is a follow-up to a panel discussion held during the Global Collaboration Coffee at the 2026 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo.
