ToxSci March 2023 Issue Available

The March 2023 issue of Toxicological Sciences includes an editorial on the 2021–2022 ToxSci Paper of the Year recipient and honorable mention and ToxSpotlight articles on how arsenic causes distinct gene expression changes in macrophages polarized in vitro with either interferon-γ or interleukin-4 and how aryl hydrocarbon receptor activation affects nitrergic neuronal survival and delays intestinal motility in mice. The issue also features in-depth reviews of the connection between air pollution and respiratory infections and of the mode of action for the development of liver lesions in mice after oral exposure to ammonium, 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoro-2-(heptafluoropropoxy)propanoate (HFPO-DA).
