The Society has learned that Honorary member William C. Hays, JD, passed away on September 23, 2025. Mr. Hays was the Society’s legal counsel for decades before retiring and passing the reins to his son, Andrew. He was awarded Honorary membership in the Society for his longstanding contributions to the success and well-being of the Society, as well as his love for SOT and its members.
