During the National Academy of Medicine (NAM) Annual Meeting on October 19, 2020, SOT member and Past President David Eaton, PhD, received the David Rall Medal for his “particularly distinguished leadership as a chair of a study committee or other such activities in a manner that was particularly exemplary, demonstrating a commitment substantially above and beyond the usual expectations of a committee chair.” Dr. Eaton is Dean and Vice Provost Emeritus, the Graduate School of the University of Washington.
