Volunteer as a 2021 SOT Reporter

By Suzanne Fitzpatrick posted 6 days ago

The Society is seeking member volunteers to share their perspective and expertise by serving as SOT Reporters during the Virtual 2021 SOT Annual Meeting and ToxExpo. The SOT Reporter program is an opportunity for SOT members to write about sessions, events, and activities in which they participate during the Annual Meeting. SOT Reporters attend sessions of their choice and write short blog articles covering their takeaways from the sessions. Reporter articles are then published on the weekly SOT Communiqué blog during and after the meeting,

SOT Reporters gain exposure as authors of Communiqué blog posts. Simultaneously, the Reporter program extends the reach of the Annual Meeting by sharing the science presented with a larger audience; because of the virtual nature of the 2021 meeting, Reporter blogs will encourage individuals who did not attend the Annual Meeting to learn about and possibly access the on-demand recordings of sessions of interest. Overall, the Reporter program is a means of spreading awareness of the Annual Meeting through personal experience.

If you are interested in serving as an SOT Reporter during the Virtual 2021 Annual Meeting or would like more information, please contact Giuliana Macaluso to express your interest.
