Seeking 2022 Annual Meeting Reporters

By Suzanne Fitzpatrick posted 01-20-2022 13:05

Featuring more than 70 Featured and Scientific Sessions, 12 Continuing Education courses, and 2,000+ abstracts, the SOT 61st Annual Meeting and ToxExpo will be a hub for cutting-edge toxicological science and discussion. To extend the reach of the meeting, SOT is seeking volunteers to serve as 2022 SOT Reporters.

The SOT Reporter program is an opportunity for SOT members to write about sessions, events, and activities in which they participate during the Annual Meeting. This opportunity is available to all member attendees, whether you are participating in the 2022 Annual Meeting and ToxExpo in person in San Diego or remotely. Attendees of all education and career levels, including Student members, are encouraged to participate.

SOT Reporters attend sessions of their choice and write short blog articles covering their takeaways from the sessions. Reporter articles are then published on the weekly SOT Communiqué blog during and after the meeting, allowing Reporters to gain exposure on this SOT platform. Overall, the Reporter program is a means of spreading awareness of the Annual Meeting through personal experience.

If you are interested in serving as an SOT Reporter during the 2022 Annual Meeting or would like more information, please contact SOT Headquarters to express your interest. You also can explore previous years’ reports to view a sample of Reporter contributions over the years.
