The 2020 SOT Event App and Annual Meeting Program PDF are now available! To download the SOT Event App, search for “SOT 2020” in the App Store and on Google Play on your Apple and Android devices. For other devices, access and use the Mobile Web version.

2020 Program and App.pngUse the SOT Event App in conjunction with the Online Planner on the “Program Details” web page for the most up-to-date information related to the 80+ Featured and Scientific Sessions; 2,000+ presentations; 300+ exhibitors; and hundreds of additional events occurring during the Annual Meeting.

The Online Planner is designed to help you pre-plan your meeting experience from the convenience of your desktop or laptop computer. Using the Online Planner, you can easily view the full meeting schedule, and by logging in with your SOT credentials (or the information you used to register for the meeting), you can build a customized schedule, bookmark events, add personal appointments to your schedule, and jot down notes related to specific activities. Any information you enter in the Online Planner will sync with the 2020 SOT Event App for a seamless experience on-site. Note: you must log in to the SOT Event App to synchronize your data; tap “More” in the bottom-right corner and select “Log in/Settings.” For help using the Online Planner, consult the Online Planner “Tips and Tricks” PDF, and follow the Communiqué blog for some special tutorials that will highlight important features and functions of the Online Planner.

When planning your Annual Meeting schedule, consider visiting the new SOT TOX Presentation Corner. Located in the ToxExpo Exhibit Hall and programmed by the Scientific Program Committee, this intimate space will feature short presentations on topics such as publishing, grants, careers in different sectors, and networking. This space also will host a “Meet the Director” session with the Acting Director of NIEHS and NTP, Rick Woychik. All presentations are listed in the Online Planner and SOT Event App—simply choose “TOX Presentation Corner” from the filter options in the Program section.

Also occurring in the ToxExpo Exhibit Hall is a Blood Drive, hosted by SOT and the Red Cross. Taking place on Tuesday, March 17, and Wednesday, March 18, from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm, attendees may sign up in advance or stop by on-site to donate.
