The Society of Toxicology (SOT) has learned of the passing of SOT Member Iain Purchase on June 8, 2016. Dr. Purchase joined SOT in 1977 and was a member of the Comparative and Veterinary Specialty Section. Among his many honors, he was the President of the British Toxicology Society (BTS) and of the International Union of Toxicology.
