Society of Toxicologic Pathology 39th Annual Symposium
June 13–18, 2020
Summerlin, Nevada
Scientists and students (veterinary/residents/graduate) involved or interested in safety assessment, teaching, or research in toxicologic pathology/toxicology are invited to join the Society of Toxicologic Pathology (STP) during the 39th Annual Symposium. The meeting will take place at the Red Rock Resort in Summerlin, Nevada. The symposium will examine “‘Toxicological Pathology of the Hematopoietic System” and will aim to converge clinical and anatomic pathology aspects of the hematopoietic system and to expose attendees to a broad array of contemporary topics related to toxicologic pathology of the hematopoietic system. Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention 60th Annual Meeting
June 27–July 1, 2020
Charleston, South Carolina
Previously the Teratology Society, the Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention (BDRP) will host its Annual Meeting, the theme of which is “Honoring Teratology’s Roots, Growing a Healthier Future,” from June 27 to July 1, 2020. Taking place at the Charleston Marriott, the meeting will feature Continuing Education courses on “Embryology and Toxicity of the Developing Immune System” and “Juveline Toxicology,” as well as a mini-course on “Assessment of Ovarian Toxicity.” A number of special lectures also will be presented, as will Symposia, Workshops, and Platform and Poster Sessions on leading research in this arena. EUROTOX 2020

The 56th Congress of the European Societies of Toxicology (EUROTOX 2020) will investigate “Toxicology of the Next Generation—Combined Efforts in Quest of Safer Chemicals and Medicines.” This meeting, organized by the Danish Society for Toxicology and Pharmacology, will feature “a variety of topics dealing with safety of drugs and environmental chemicals, new and emerging technologies, personalized medicine, human health effects caused by exposure to chemicals as well as safety issues arising from climate changes,” according to the EUROTOX 2020 website. Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry 8th World Congress
September 6–10, 2020
Singapore, Singapore
The Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry (SETAC) will host its 8th World Congress in Singapore in September, examining the theme “Global Visions for Sustainable Environmental Quality” and, according to the meeting website, “will offer participants the opportunity to exchange information regarding shared environmental challenges and identify connections between sustainable economies, societies, and environments.” Session tracks will cover Environmental Risk Assessment, Chemistry and Exposure Assessment, Predictive and Statistical Toxicology, and more.
