SOT President Jon Cook welcomed many of the more than 7,000 attendees to this Sunday, March 10 gala event. Toxicologists from around the globe were able to greet old friends and make new acquaintances. Four large projector screens flashed smiling faces and historical photographs from past SOT meetings—a reminder of why the SOT Annual Meeting continues to be the largest toxicology meeting and exposition in the world. Next year’s meeting is in San Antonio, Texas, March 10–14. 2013.
