NABR
The National Association for Biomedical Research released a statement last month in response to the passage of the FDA Modernization Act 2.0. Specifically, the statement sought to identify ways in which the act did and did not change the US Food and Drug Adminstration’s approach to the use of non-animal data in regulatory decision-making.

NIEHS
The National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS) is hosting a virtual two-day workshop February 14 and 15 on “Integrating Environmental Data with Other Omics for Cancer Epidemiology.” This workshop is part of a continuing effort to promote research into the effects of environmental exposures on cancer risk and etiology.
