The May 2025 issue of Toxicological Sciences includes a Contemporary Review that emphasizes that cadmium exposure may be an overlooked risk factor for osteoporosis, while an In-Depth Review explores the pivotal role of epidermal growth factor receptor signaling in placental development and function. A Forum article evaluates the influence of different platforms on PBPK workflow, parameters selection, and output results. Additionally, two Research Briefs are featured: One explores chronic exposure to naphthalene vapor, while the other explores exposure to perfluorohexane sulfonate.
