The December 2025 issue of Toxicological Sciences includes an Editorial that highlights some recent adjustments made to Toxicological Sciences in an ever-changing publication landscape. One In-Depth Review highlights the current limitations and emerging opportunities in male reproductive in vitro models, providing a roadmap for integrating these systems into toxicology testing and drug development workflows, while another In-Depth Review evaluates key features of bone biology impacted by therapeutics and describes techniques for assessing bone toxicity during drug development.
