The January 2026 issue of Toxicological Sciences includes two #ToxSpotlight articles: One highlights a study the role of epidermal growth factor receptor in promoting acetaminophen-induced livery injury progression, which has wide implications in liver biology, while the other examined the effect of chemical interference with deiodinases on brain development in a rodent pregnancy model using iopanoic acid. The issue also features an editorial by Editor-in-Chief Jeffrey Peters thanking the ToxSci peer reviewers.
