NetworX Night is designed to help graduate students and postdocs meet professionals who can provide clear, honest answers fast. Developing and maintaining your professional network can help you contact the right person at the right time for information, whether it be for your thesis project or for planning the next step of your career. This large-scale event will bring together trainees with professionals, our table hosts, across many toxicology career sectors—all in one place! Instead of formal talks, you’ll engage in structured, speed-networking conversations with people who have already navigated the decisions you’re facing. The event will feature a brief introduction to career resources and speed-networking rotations through different sectors of toxicology such as academia, industry, government, consulting, and other applied areas in toxicology. Open mingling will occur at the end of the session in case you want to jump back to a conversation or get that last name to contact later.
Include “NetworX Night” as an Add-On Event during your SOT Registration. This selection is only available for graduate students and postdocs. Secure your spot as soon as possible, as limited seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
